Not to mention she has terrible pitch, and her “country” voice (which to her credit even she lampooned in her “Look What You Made Me Do” music video) is as fabricated as they come. It's all becoming more and more worse each day. The only thing that video misses is what has happened to the music industry - monopoly concentration. Tracks (even from acoustic instruments) are stretched and squished and “quantized” to the grid so that every bar becomes a movable, plug and play piece that can be re-arranged with a few mouse clicks. we've come a long way with technology in the past 16 years, so now it's even worse to hear the same old annoying song from a car, a phone,etc. This article from Reuters states: “Comforting news for anyone over the age of 35, scientists have worked out that modern pop music really is louder and does all sound the same. What's cool about this video is that the reasons why modern music is bad and getting worse isn't just a matter of taste. Most songs these days are made using autotune and computers. Our opinion on an interesting debate. I was born in 99 but I can't stand modern music because of the radio. Now all that said, there are some things that make modern music worse that people don’t understand and that’s the computer.
